Monongalia County Warf District Engagement Photos | Morgantown – Fairmont West Virginia Photographer | Hunter + Tyler

Every spring I start to get cabin fever from being cooped up all winter, and when I start to see beautiful blooms popping up all over the West Virginia mountainside I can’t help but dream up ways to satisfy my need to shoot.  This particular shoot was put together within a day.  I saw a beautiful opportunity to shoot at the Monongalia County Warf District in Morgantown, West Virginia, and couldn’t pass it up.

The weather looked perfect, and the trees were in full bloom.  The only thing missing was a couple in love.  So I decided to throw out a model call on all my social media platforms at 7pm, the day before I wanted to shoot.  Not expecting to get a response because of the short notice, I was surprised to receive an email from Hunter, proclaiming she and her fiancé were up for this shotgun session.

Upon meeting both Hunter and Tyler, I was surprised to find out that they had not had engagement photos taken.  They were such a sweet and fun loving couple, and I couldn’t have been happier to have chosen them for this special shoot.

Below are a sample of the resulting images from this gorgeous spring styled session.
